Capacity Building Program

In addition to the Clinical Research Training Programme Fellowships, we also plan to roll out certain online courses to train a larger pool of clinicians in areas relevant to IHOPE. We aim to build on LVPEI as well as IIPH and IIMA’s expertise and experience in running training courses and aim to translate our strength into a professional education program in this field.

We plan to start the following modules for external and internal candidates in the next 3 years:
(a) IGH GCP guidelines
(b) Biostatistics
(c) Randomized controlled trials
(d) Epidemiology and Public Health
(e) Health outcomes research
(f) Cost-effectiveness of interventions

We expect to roll out these courses in a phased manner over the next 3 years, and hope to train over 50 clinicians (internal and external) per year after 5 years.
